Oniro Army — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Oniro Army account and all associated data. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete in the game (immediate)

1. Open Oniro Army.
2. Tap the settings gear on the main menu.
3. Tap Delete account, then tap again to confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account and cloud save from our server and clears all local game data on the device.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email admin@qicubo.com from your account email address (or, for guest accounts, include your commander name and device details). We process deletion requests within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all data we hold about you, including:

• your account identifier (Nakama user ID, and any linked Google account ID);
• your email address, if you signed in with Google;
• your cloud save and all game progress (units, currency/crystals, chapters, stars, unlocks);
• your commander name and any leaderboard entries;
• the device identifier associated with a guest account.

What data is retained, and for how long

After deletion we retain no personal game data. The only exception is minimal transaction records for completed in-app purchases, which we (and Google) may be legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes; these contain no game progress and are held only for the period required by law (typically up to 10 years under German/EU tax rules), then deleted. Payment details themselves are handled by Google Play and are never stored by us.

Note on purchases

Deleting your account forfeits any purchased in-game items (such as crystals). Refunds for in-app purchases are governed by Google Play's refund policies.
