Privacy Policy — Oniro Army

Oniro Army is developed and operated by Sam (seocubo), Berlin, Germany ("we", "us"). Contact: admin@qicubo.com. This policy explains what data the game handles and why. Short version: we store your game progress, we show ads (which you can remove with a one-time purchase), we don't sell your data, and we collect as little as we can.

1. What we collect

• Guest accounts — device identifier. When you play as a guest, the game creates an account keyed to a random device/installation identifier so your progress can be saved. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
• Optional email accounts. If you register with an email address and password, we store that email and a securely hashed password so you can sign in on other devices. Email registration is optional — guest play works fully.
• Game progress ("cloud save"). Your commander name, unlocked units, collection, currencies, chapter progress, run state, settings, and similar gameplay data are stored on our game server so your save survives reinstalling or switching devices.
• Purchases. In-app purchases (crystal packs and a one-time "Remove Ads" option) are processed entirely by the platform store (Google Play / Apple App Store). We never receive your payment details (card numbers, billing address). We only receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded so we can grant the purchased item, and we store the resulting balance/entitlement in your save.
• Advertising. The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK): occasional full-screen ads between battles and optional "watch to earn" rewarded ads. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may access an advertising identifier and limited device and usage data. In the EU/EEA we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads, and on iOS we ask through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt — you can decline and still play (you'll see non-personalised ads instead). A one-time Remove Ads purchase disables the full-screen ads.

2. What we do NOT collect

• No ad networks other than Google AdMob (see §1); no advertising data is used to identify you across unrelated apps without consent.
• No analytics or tracking SDKs of our own.
• No location, contacts, photos, microphone, or other device data.
• No sale of your personal data.

3. Where your data lives

Game accounts and saves are stored on our own game server (Nakama), hosted on Hetzner Cloud in Germany (EU). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process account and save data because it is necessary to provide the game service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract). Advertising, and any advertising identifier used for it, is processed only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give through the consent prompt shown in the EU/EEA and can withdraw at any time — or remove ads entirely through the in-game purchase.

5. Retention & deletion

Account and save data are kept while your account exists. There are two ways to delete your account and all associated data:

• In the game: open Settings → Delete account and confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and cloud save from our server, and clears all local data on the device.
• By email: write to admin@qicubo.com from the account email (or including your commander name / device details for guest accounts). We delete within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes your game progress and any purchased in-game items; Google Play refunds are governed by Google's policies.

6. Children

Oniro Army is a general-audience game with cartoon stick-figure combat and is not directed at children under 13. Ads are configured for a general audience (content-rating filtered) and require consent as described above. We do not knowingly collect more personal data from children than described here (a device identifier and game progress). If you believe a child has registered an email account without permission, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Berlin: the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit). Email admin@qicubo.com for any request.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date. Material changes will be noted in the game's update notes.
